All orders placed through our Services are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where pricing errors have occurred or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are updated in real time and reflect current wholesale rates. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on the delivery address. Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a COD processing fee. All taxes and fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment is collected at the time of delivery. You agree to have the full order amount available upon delivery. If payment cannot be collected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and charge a restocking fee.
Approved business accounts may be eligible for Net 30 credit terms. Under Net 30:
Credit and debit card payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Your card information is never stored on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
You may request to cancel an order by contacting us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped or are in preparation may not be eligible for cancellation. Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order value.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your orders, including order confirmations, status updates, delivery notifications, and invoice reminders. You may also receive promotional emails, from which you can opt out at any time. We may also communicate important account or policy changes via email.
